"It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."
- Frederick Douglass
Primetime Ballerz Foundation Primetime Ballerz Foundation is a youth-centered non-profit organization founded in memory of Willie Dotson III. Willie was a Lawrence native, educator, coach, and mentor who served many children through his work.
Coach Willie sought and uplifted kids dismissed by other coaches, often absorbing the costs of coaching youth from low-to-moderate-income families. He was unapologetic in his love for basketball and used this to connect with and inspire athletes on and off the court. Primetime Ballerz Foundation promotes positive youth development by increasing access to pay-to-play athletic programs and activities.
